Thankful our daughter got off to Thailand–apparently okay.

Thankful our oldest son had a successful trip to the summit of Mount Rainier. Hooray!

Thankful for Saturday’s class and the opportunity to share some of my favorite long poems as examples for people to do a lot of writing and get a good head start on their own long poems.

I’m thankful for my morning journaling time, which gives me a chance to think through some things.

I’m thankful for the hummingbirds.

(And here I want to make some comment about opportunity knocking.)
