Elliott Bay Saturday, and then HOME

Just a quick reminder that Marjorie Manwaring and I are reading tomorrow at The Elliott Bay Book Company at 5:00 PM.

Marjorie will read from her recently published chapbook What to Make of a Diminished Thing (Dancing Girl Press) and I’ll read from Into the Rumored Spring (Ravenna Press).

I’m grateful for this opportunity to read during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thanks, Marjorie!

Elliott Bay Book Co. is in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood:
1521 Tenth Avenue
There’s a pay parking lot underneath the store, metered street parking, and nearby pay lots, including the Seattle Central Community College parking garage.

I hope to see you Saturday!

Next month, I’m going to emcee at Deborah Birrane’s project HOME, open to the public on November 9 & 10. Deborah’s a beautiful dancer, and I appreciate getting to participate even though I’m no longer dancing. As part of the project, I’m hopping down to Pioneer Square this afternoon to lead a class on movement and writing.
