Day 13: More variations

Today is opposite day. Starting with the original poem that you started with yesterday, swap the words in your poem for their antonyms.

Light becomes dark. Day becomes night. Fast becomes slow. You get the idea.

This exercise continues Jill Alexander Essbaum’s “Right Turn, Clyde: Ten Variations on a Broken Poem” in Wingbeats II.

What do you see? Does this nudge you closer to your poem?

If not, no worries! Tomorrow, we will do Jill’s exercise “Axis of Evil.”
